Terms of Service

1. Service

OPS Intelligence provides AI-supported operations analysis for ecommerce merchants. The service helps review orders, products, inventory, fulfillment, revenue, churn, pricing, and forecast signals.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using OPS Intelligence only with stores and data that you are authorized to access.

3. Billing

Shopify merchants can be billed through Shopify Billing. Non-Shopify accounts may be billed through Stripe. OPS Intelligence prevents duplicate plan purchases when a Shopify-billed store is connected to the same account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another merchant's data, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service for unlawful activity.

5. Data and Availability

Analysis results depend on the accuracy and availability of connected store data. OPS Intelligence is provided with reasonable care, but does not guarantee specific revenue, margin, or inventory outcomes.

6. Cancellation

Merchants may manage Shopify-billed subscriptions through Shopify. Non-Shopify subscriptions may be managed through OPS Intelligence or the relevant payment provider.
