1. Data Controller
OPS Intelligence LLC operates OPS Intelligence and is responsible for the processing of merchant account, store, and usage data described in this policy.
2. Data We Collect

3. How We Use Data
We use merchant and store data to provide OPS Intelligence features, including store connection, operations analysis, PDF-ready reports, revenue and inventory summaries, churn risk views, pricing opportunities, forecasts, and support.
4. Third-Party Services
OPS Intelligence uses infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, database, payment, email, and AI providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
5. Shopify Privacy Webhooks
OPS Intelligence supports Shopify's required privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction. When Shopify sends a verified redaction webhook, related stored Shopify connection data is removed or redacted.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Merchants can also uninstall the app to revoke Shopify access.
